BROWNS TO HONOR LEGENDS INDUCTEES PRIOR TO CINCINNATI GAME

Team will also unveil a new song and music video celebrating the Legends and Browns Town

The Cleveland Browns will honor the four newest members into the Cleveland Browns Legends - Tommy James and Dub Jones (1940s/1950s), Gary Collins (1960s/1970s) and Mike Pruitt (1980s/1990s) prior to Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns Stadium.

Along with a special induction ceremony before the game, the Browns will also unveil a new song and music video courtesy of the G.E. Smith Band.  Smith has written and recorded “Browns Town,” a rock-and-roll ballad complete with a Lynyrd Skynyrd riff. The song takes fans back through the days of Micky McBride through the Otto Graham championship seasons and on into the Kardiac Kids and Bernie Kosar eras.  Fans are encouraged to get to their seats by 12:30 p.m.

The G.E. Smith Band will also perform at halftime of Sunday’s game.  Shannon Dawson, the wife of Browns kicker Phil Dawson, will sing the national anthem, and high school cheerleading squads from Brecksville High School and Brunswick High School will perform on the sidelines.
