On the previous page is the survey that was sent out with the latest newsletter.  As of this time, we have received 34 responses.  Below are the percentages based on the return of these results.  These percentages will be updated as more surveys are mailed in.  If you have not yet sent your survey or have misplaced yours, you can print this off and send it, or e-mail it back to our site at limaareabrownsbackers@yahoo.com.

Listed below are the Ideas that were given, which will be discussed at a meeting after all results are received.  We will let you know the decisions as they are made.

 

  1. Move location around
  2. Vince Koza to announce
  3. No Band-Prefer Buffet as portions are too big on the Browns Backers menu
  4. Move locations each week – BW3, Pub, etc.
  5. We come for fellowship with Browns Fans – the rest is not needed
  6. Very Good but too many raffles and too much smoke
  7. Have something for kids – picnic – Santa, etc.
  8. Need for bigger facilities as we grow – sell tickets during all games for MAJOR prize at banquet
  9. Browns schedule hard to read on website
  10. Turn volume up on TV
  11. Do a Gals only event
  12. Serve larger beers (20-24 oz) have to wait too long at times
  13. Have a party with another Browns Backers Club
  14. Membership drawing shouldn’t roll over – persons name drawn should win (present or not)
  15. Parties are very good
  16. Bringing other teams fans is offensive
  17. Have better food
  18. More kid things – kid friendly – mix up mc’s – better beer prices
  19. Bring in ex-Brown
  20. Too much begging for “money” things going on
  21. More women Browns Fans
  22. Have a football rock and roll dance in the spring
  23. raffle Off more jackets, better prizes, too much smoke

 

Of these items listed above, we can at this time address a few of the issues and possibly clarify.

 

  1. We are aware that the Browns Schedule is hard to read.  It will not be in the future.  The website was started as the season was in motion and it was important to get the information on.  That was the only available copy and it was printed on both sides of the paper, so we got the bleed through.  With the season coming near an end, I figured that it would be just as easy to wait until next year to have the clean copy put on.  Sorry!!!

 

13. We are in the midst of inviting the Indian Lake Browns Backers to join us for our last tailgate party.  We will know next week if they accept our invitation.

 

14. The idea of the Membership drawing is to bring Browns Backers to the tailgate parties.  If they did not come and sign up, there would be no money to give away.  If they do come in and sign up, but for some reason have to leave, and there name is drawn, then they do receive the winnings.

 

As far as items 1, 4, and 17, you will see from the results of the survey that the majority of the Browns Backers are pleased with these issues.
